摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation and clinical significance of bone mineral density and bone metabolism markers in patients with osteoporosis. Methods All 64 patients with osteoporosis and 113 patients with low bone mass in the outpatient department of endocrinology in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014, plus 75 healthy con-trols were selected, male or female not limited. In all research subjects, 237 females were selected, among whom 138 were in postmenopausal females and 99 were premenopausal females. Relevant factors of bone mineral density and bone metabolism markers in each group were tested. All collected data were managed and analyzed by the statistical analysis software SPSS22.0. Results The differences of P1NP, OC and lumbar BMD in the osteoporosis group and low bone mass group were statistically significant compared with those in the normal control group(P<0.05). The differences of OC and lumbar BMD compared between the osteoporosis group and low bone mass group were statistically significant(P<0.05); in the comparison between postmenopausal females and premenopausal females, the differences of P1NP, OC,and lumbar BMD were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Some bone metabolism markers and bone mineral density have a certain correlation, which is able to reflect the changes of bone metabolism to some extent. Each marker is able to comprehensively assess each phase of osteoporosis, and shows certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of osteoporosis and in the assessment of its curative efficacy.关键词
