血清降钙素原与结直肠癌术后并发症的相关性分析OA
Analysis of serum calcitionin original and postoperative complications of colorectal cancer
目的：探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)浓度变化与结直肠癌术后并发症的相关性。方法应用双抗体夹心免疫化学荧光法测定回顾性研究80例结直肠癌患者术后第1、2、3、5、7天血清降钙素原值变化，分析与结直肠癌术后可能出现的并发症的相关原理。结果研究80例患者结直肠癌术后并发症显示：血清降钙素原变化能反映结直肠癌术后可预测的并发症，与细胞因子、肠道细菌内毒素、D-乳果糖、二胺氧化酶等因素呈正相关，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清降钙素原的水平变化…查看全部>>
