Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of glycosylated hemoglobin, urine trace albumin for the early di-agnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selected 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from Jan-uary 2008 to January 2014 as the observation group and 40 healthy people were selected as control group, the observa-tion group based on the control of blood glucose was divided into: HbA1c4.0%~5.5% for good glycemic control, a total of 32 cases were seted up as the group A, HbA1c>8.1% for blood glucose poor control, a total of 13 cases were seted up as group B, the U-mAlb, HbA1c levels of two groups and the relationship between HbA1c, U-mAlb of group A and group B were compared. Results The HbA1c, U-mAlb levels of the diabetic nephropathy group were significantly high-er than that of healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In group A, HbA1c, U-mAlb levels were (4.3±0.7)%, (35.61±6.18) mg/L respectively, were significantly lower than those of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin in diabetic nephropathy can reflect the progress of disease, diabetic nephropathy early diagnosis has important clinical value.关键词
