Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of insulin aspart and insulin detemir in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 146 cases with type 2 diabetes were selected from January 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each had 73 cases respectively. The observa-tion group was treated with insulin detemir combined with insulin aspart, while the control group was treated with in-sulin aspart. After four weeks of treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c levels, blood glucose time, the incidence of hypo-glycemia and insulin dosage of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c levels of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c levels, blood glucose time, hypoglycemia the rate and amount of insulin showed no significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect in patients with type 2 diabetes with insulin aspart insulin detemir therapy is similar with insulin aspart alone, can effectively de-crease blood sugar levels in patients, have higher security.关键词
