舒适护理在胰腺癌围术期护理中的应用
Application of comfort care in pancreatic perioperative nursing

Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of the comfort care in pancreatic perioperative nursing. Methods The data of 40 patients in our hospital underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer were analyzed according to the different care programs, and they were divided into control group and experimental group, and the control group received con-ventional methods of care, while experimental group received comfort care implementation. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The physiological comfort of experimental group was(78.44±11.47) points, the psycho-logical comfort was(65.14±16.58) points, social and cultural comfort was(74.21±14.96) points, environmental comfort was (90.34±12.38) points, significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the heart rate of the experi-mental group was (89.41±7.16) times/min, systolic blood pressure was (127.63±8.14) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure was(80.64±9.32) mmHg, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); the complication rate of experimental group was 15%, significantly lower than the control group (60%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative pancreatic comfort care for patients with favorable and can improve surgical treatment, reduce the incidence of postop-erative complications, should be introduced.关键词
