Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing on reducing heart failure in patients with acute myocardial infarction and improve nursing satisfaction in practice effect. Methods Selected 198 cases acute myocardial infarction patients from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital as research objects,they were ran-domly divided into experimental group(99 cases) and control group(99 cases),control group only was treated with the conventional nursing care of acute myocardial infarction,experimental group received evidence-based nursing interven-tion,two groups' indicators differences after receiving different nursing intervention model were compared. Results Ex-perimental group's heart failure rate was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention, and the de-gree of satisfaction to the nursing service projects of acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing mode can reduce the possibility of severe complications of heart failure on acute myocardial infarction patients,it can improve the degree of satisfaction to the nursing service of special nursing subjects with acute myocardial infarction and has obvious clinical significance.关键词
