摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.Method:To retrospective analysis the clinical data of 180 patients with migraine in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each.The control group was given Fufang Danshen.Observation group were treated with Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture.30 days for a course of treatment,after treatment to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:The total effective of observation group was 84 cases,accounting for 93.3%,total effective of the control group was 68 cases,accounting for 75.6%,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),blood flow speed detected by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD) after the treatment in the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),the observation group TCD blood flow velocity detection was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine is significantly,it is worth wide clinical application.关键词
