Abstract
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Hengli Town of Dongguan,and to provide scientific basis for making the HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures.Method:To carry out an epidemiological analysis on clinical data of the HIV/AIDS cases reported from 2004 to 2012 in Hengli Town of Dongguan.Result:The ratio of male to female for the HIV/AIDS was 4.89∶1;for age distribution,age group 20-49 years for the HIV/AIDS showed large proportion,sexual transmission had become the major modes of transmission for HIV/AIDS instead of drug injection,the most common education degrees for the HIV/AIDS were junior school graduation or under;the most common professions were worker and unemployed who had been non-household population.Conclusion:As the HIV/AIDS cases increased significantly in Hengli Town,the work of prevention and control should be attached great importance.Specifically,prevention measures such as health education and intervention for changing high-risk HIV behaviors should be expanded,also, multisectoral collaboration is essential to control the incidence rate of HIV/AIDS.关键词
