摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effect of the hypertension treatment and nursing intervention for the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method:103 cases of hemodialysis patients with hypertension from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the conerol group,53 cases in the intervention group,50 cases in the control group,the control group took conventional dialysis therapy,medication and nursing.The intervention group took the nursing intervention on the basis of regular dialysis therapy,medication and nursing.Two groups of patients’change and blood pressure control for 6 months after the intervention behavior were compared.Result:After 6 months intervention,the behavior in intervention group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05),the blood pressure was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension treatment effect is improved significantly,it can improve patient quality of life,reduce complications,and prevent illness development.关键词
