使用侧俯卧位矫正枕后位和枕横位转至枕前位的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of lateral-prostration position to correct occiput-posterior and occiput-transverse position before childbirth.Method:112 pregnant patients of occiput-posterior and occiput-transverse position in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases).While these pregnant patients entered the delivery room to be produced,the cases of observation group were guided to be lateral prostration position(the fetal spinal side line on the same lateral prostration side) to correct the fetal position.And the cases of control group were guided to be free position.Then to observe the ratio of correcting the fetal position to occiput-anterior position and rate of natural childbirth.Result:The success rate of fetal position correction(73.2%) in observation group was higher than that of the control group(23.2%) .The rate of natural childbirth(89.3%) in the observation group was higher than that of the contrd group(48.2%),the results had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that lateral-prostration position is effective for correcting women with occiput-posterior and occiput-transverse position before childbirth.The method is worth promoting in future practice.关键词
