Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effect of family members to participate in the health education on gestational diabetes mellitus for the self management of pregnant women.Method:From December 2011 to May 2012,health education on 52 GDM women,pregnant women who had regular family members to participate in as group A(17 cases),pregnant women who no regular family members to participate in as group B(26 cases),pregnant women who no family members to participate in as group C(9 cases).To analyse the effect of self management after they receiving health education.Result:(1)Rates of prenatal,insist on catering food on time,adhere aerobics,and the rates of awareness content of a regular basis in group A were significantly higher than group B and group C(P<0.05).(2) Rates of regular testing blood sugar in group A and group B was no statistically significant,but they were higher than that in group C(P<0.05).(3)Rate of prenatal on time,insist on catering food in group B were significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular Family members to participate in GDM health education can improve the patient’s physician adherence,strengthen self management.关键词
