我院中药注射剂专项处方点评结果分析

Abstract
Objective:To know the usage of TCM injections in our hospital,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Method:Adopt the method of retrospective study,to extract the prescriptions of TCM injections for comment prorata randomly monthly,and the unreasonable prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Result:2880 TCM injections prescriptions were commented,106 were found unreasonable,accounting for 3.7%.It mainly displayed in combination,hybrid compatibility,solvent,off-label drug use,etc.Conclusion:There is unreasonable use of TCM injections in our hospital,our medical personnel should concern it commonly,to promote the rational use of TCM injections,and ensure the safety of the patients with drug use.关键词
