摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and security of Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria for the treatment of geriatric infectious diarrhea.Method:30 cases were divided into observation group and control group,all patients were given the same conventional therapy,control group received metronidazole,observation group was given Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria,compared the therapeutic effect and safety.Result:The total efficiency of observation group was 100%,control group was 81.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The times alleviating symptoms and requiring to restore normal body temperature of observation group were shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group was safe and had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria for the treatment of geriatric infectious diarrhea is good,to avoid patients with secondary diarrhea,safe,worthy of clinical vigorously promote the use.关键词
