摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of early postoperative parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support for gastric cancer in old patients.Method:46 cases of old patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(receiving parenteral nutrition support) and observation group(receiving parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support).The hospitalization time,anus recovery exhaust time,serum CRP,ALB,TF and complication rate of two groups were compared.Result:The hospitalization time and anus recovery exhaust time of observation group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The CRP,ALB and TF of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Complication rate of observation group was 4.3%,which was significantly lower than 34.8%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postoperative parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support for gastric cancer in old patients has exact effect.关键词
