Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention measures to improve the drug compliance of inpatients.Method:The drug compliance of patients in our department was investigated,the patients with poor compliance were given nursing rounds,tracking service,supervision and medication,psychological counseling,health education and nursing intervention measures,to improve the drug compliance of inpatients.The use of the average days of hospitalization,antibiotic rate and average medical expenses of intervention group and routine nursing group were compared.Result:The average hospital stay of intervention group was (13.0±5.5)days,routine nursing group was (18.0±7.2)days,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The usage of antibiotic of intervention group was (23.4±4.8)%,routine nursing group was (56.7±19.4)%,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average cost of hospitalization of intervention group was (3280.26±1260.58)yuan,routine nursing group was (4832.72±2468.39)yuan,there was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention measures to improve the drug compliance can reduce antibiotic use rate,reduce the medical cost of patients,short the hospitalization time,save medical resources,improve the clinical value with high compliance of patients.关键词
