显微斜视矫正手术治疗斜视32例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical in the treatment of strabismus patients.Method:32 cases of strabismus patients from author’s hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected as observation group,32 cases in the corresponding period were selected as control group.Patients of control group were treated by traditional surgical method.Patients of observation group were treated by microsurgical method.Result:The operation time and blood loss of observation group were less than that of control group(P<0.05),the clinical curative effect of observation group was better than control group, and the differences of total effectiveness between two group were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgical in the treatment of strabismus can shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,has better clinical curative effect.关键词
