摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of integrated nursing intervention on constipation anal fissure.Method:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2011 to January 2013 were treated 58 cases of postoperative anal fissure constipation in patients with clinical data,accorded to the different methods of care,the patients were divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.Control group with general nursing method,observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions,nursing effect comparison two groups of patients.Result:Patients with nursing effect was better than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing can reduce the probability of the occurrence of constipation in patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
