Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective mechanism and efficacy of ulinastatin (UTI) combined with xuebijing on level of C-reactive protein (CRP)、interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and heart kidney liver organ function in patients with sepsis.Method:62 cases with sepsis were randomly divided into UTI combined with xuebijing group and control group.The intravenous drip,two times a day each of the 300 000 units UTI were given,0.9%sodium chloride injection and xuebijing injection 50 ml,accession to the 100ml,0.9%sodium chloride injection for 7 days in UTI group. The routin treatment was given to two groups of the same.TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 CRP indexes were determined before the treatment and 8 days after the treatment. Result:After the treatment,the level of APACHEⅡ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 CRP significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05);and the decrease was more obvious in UTI and xuebijing group,compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:UTI combine with Xuebijing has beneficial effects on the protection of organ function in patients with sepsis.关键词
