Abstract
Objective:To investigate the conjunctival sac before cataract surgery aseptic preparation,bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results. Method:Three hundred patients with eye cataract operation in our department from January 2010 to December 2013,no infection as the object of study,the preoperative conjunctival sac aseptic preparation,bacterial culture and drug sensitivity were analyzed.Result:300 cases of preoperative patients with cataract conjunctival bacterial culture results showed positive in 156 cases,accounted for 52.00%,the types of bacteria were gram positive cocci and gram-negative bacilli. Gram-positive cocci accounted 78.89%(142/180),including Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,and the rising trend in recent years show. Resistance rate of common conjunctival bacteria showed a rising trend year by year to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and gentamicin,but which was declining of tobramycin.Conclusion:The preoperative patients with cataract conjunctival bacteria including Gram-positive cocci and and gram-negative bacilli,the former show a rising trend year by year,and the latter is relatively stable. A lot of clinical application of broad-spectrum antibiotics,the conjunctival sac bacterial drug resistance to commonly used increase year by year,and is not commonly used drug resistance is reduce year by year.关键词
