胸腺五肽治疗老年带状疱疹临床疗效观察
Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Thymopentin in Treating Aging Herpes Zoster Patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and security of thymopentin in treating aging patients with herpes zoster.Method:Fourty eight cases of aging patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(26 cases) and the control group(22 cases),all patients received fundamental antivirus and nerve-trophic treatment,and Thymopentin was added to the treatment group patients as 2 mg ,every 2 days for intramuscular injection for 7 times.Result:The efficacy of the treatment group surpassed the control group,the difference between the total efficacy rates of the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.022<0.05),no adverse reaction was found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Thymopentin is effective and safe in treating aging herpes zoster patients.关键词
