摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe,analysis and research of 64 row spiral CT enhancement scanning the clinical diagnostic value of pulmonary embolism.Method:60 cases in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Secondary diagnosis to all of the patients,the observation group were treated by color Doppler ultrasound imaging technology,the control group by 64 row helical CT enhanced scan technology,compared two groups of the effectiveness and the satisfaction of patients.Result:The control group 18 cases with pulmonary embolism diagnosis rate were 60.00%,the observation group confirmed all patients,the diagnosis rate was 100%,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:At the time of diagnosis in patients with pulmonary embolism,by 64 row helical CT enhanced scan has more accurate diagnosis rate,can recognize and lesion in patients with accurate and clear,and can also be found beside the lesions in patients with lesions in a timely manner,is worth popularizing in clinical use.关键词
