Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical values of applying B ultrasound and CT in tuberculous pleuritis.Method:80 cases of patients with tuberculous pleuritis in author’s hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the study objects,they were diagnosed by B ultrasound and CT respectively.Confirmed the diagnostic accuracy of applying B ultrosound and CT in tuberculous pleuritis,by comparing the images of two methods,and compared the efficacy/cost ratio of two methods.Result:Among the imaging results,73 cases were diagnosed with tuberculous pleuritis by B ultrosound,accuracy rate was 91.25%,76 cases were diagnosed with tuberculous pleuritis by CT,accuracy rate was 95.00%,the result was not statistically significant(χ²=1.867,P=0.092>0.05). And efficacy/cost ratio of B ultrosound was significantly higher than CT,the result was significant statistical(t=69.353,P=0.0000<0.05).Conclusion:B ultrosound and CT can both diagnose tuberculous pleuritis accurately,but B ultrosound has advantages of lower cost,simple operation and less burden,this method is worthy of being widely promoted in clinic.关键词
