摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summary the toxic and side effect and nursing of intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) combine with Cimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules for elder patients with esophageal cancer.Method:Retrospective analysis the toxic and side effect and nursing measures when the 29 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer received IMRT combine with Cimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules.Result:During the treatment,the acute toxic and side effect were radioactive esophagitis(93.0%),radiation-induced pulmonary injury(17.2%),bone marrow suppression(44.7%),nausea(44.8%), emesis(27.6%),diarrhea(41.4%),fatigue(62.0%).Conclusion:By actively guiding the patients with drug use,closely observing the patient responses,and effective nursing measures,this group of patients can complete the treatment smoothly.关键词
