摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the study ear endoscopic cannulation through the tympanic membrane in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media and complications for the clinical treatment experience.Method:Thirty nine cases with secretory otitis media in the hospital were selected. All patients were treated through the ear drum puncture endoscopic therapy.Checked whether patients with complication after treatment,and compared the situation of hearing recovery.Result:The total effective rate was 93.33%after treatment by tympanic membrane puncture.Children with hearing function recovered well,no complications such as infection occurred after treatment.Conclusion:Endoscopic ear drum catheterization in treatment of children with otitis media with effusion has good efficacy with less trauma and other advantages,worthy of clinical application.关键词
