摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of Sodium Valproate and Levetiracetam using in pediatric epilepsy. Method:Selection from January 2012 to October 2013 the author’s hospital treated 80 cases of children with epilepsy,according to the treatment method they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Observation group was given Sodium Valproate treatment,control group was given Levetiracetam treatment,compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Result:Observation group total effective rate was 82.5%,compared with 80.0%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Two groups of children with adverse reactions to compare difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium Valproate and Levetiracetam are all effective drugs for pediatric epilepsy,the adverse reactions are fairly the same,it is worth for clinical use.关键词
