摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact on sexual function of laparoscopic and open surgery for colorectal cancer resection.Method:193 cases of colorectal cancer were divided into two groups,observation group(n=96) was used laparoscopic surgery,control group(n=97) was used conventional open surgery, then postoperative male erectile dysfunction and ejaculatory dysfunction,female sexual postoperative pain,vaginal lubrication disorders and frigid conditions were compared in the two groups.Result:The ratio of erectile dysfunction occurred in the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05),the ratio of the occurrence of ejaculatory dysfunction was lower than control group(P<0.05),female sex postoperative pain,vaginal lubrication disorders and frigidity ratios were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for patients with colorectal cancer can significantly reduce surgical pelvic autonomic function,such as injury,reservations postoperative sexual function,so it can improve life quality.关键词
