Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on surgery of patients with inguinal hernia.Method:120 patients with inguinal hernia from general surgery of author’s hospital during September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the study objects,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given conventional nursing for inguinal hernia,and observation group was given clinical nursing pathway based on control group,the hospital cost,hospital stay,complication incidence after treatment,mastery degree of disease of two groups were compared and analyzed. Result:The hospital cost,hospital stay of observation group were significantly better than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).The complication incidence after treatment,mastery degree of disease and satisfaction degree were significantly better than control group,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying clinical nursing pathway in the surgery of patients with inguinal hernia,it not only can help patients know more about the disease,but also can reduce the treatment days and cost,which worth being promoted and referenced in clinic.关键词
