Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of perioperative nursing intervention and usual care for hysteromyomectomy.Method:50 patients with selective hysteromyomectomy from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 patients in each group.Control group received routine care measures.On the basis of the control group,observation group received perioperative nursing intervention,observing and comparing the patients’ satisfaction,general surgery and adverse events of two groups.Result:The patients’ satisfaction of observation group was 92%,control group was 72%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,postoperative ambulation,gastrointestinal road functional recovery and hospital stay of observation group were significantly less than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 4%, control group was 12%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention for myomectomy has good efficacy,low incidence of postoperative complications,is worth to be promoted in clinical practice.关键词
