摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of mental nursing in senile patients with fracture. Method:One hundred and ten cases of patients accepted in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the observation group of 54 patients,the control group of 56 patients. The clinical course of treatment,the control group were treated with routine care,while for the patients in the observation group,in addition to routine care,also given nursing intervention for the mental aspects. The overall effect and local features of two groups were compared and observed. Result:The regression time,insist to take exercise rate,muscle strength,joint mobility of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Assessed by the influencing factors on the mental status of patients,mental nursing intervention take scientifically,reasonable,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with senile fracture,and can shorten the days in hospital,improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
