Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of transperineal sonography in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:77 cases of pelvic floor dysfunction were treaded from May 2012 to October 2013 in author’s hospital, were measured by routine examination, cavity, perineal and pelvic viscera, pelvic floor structure, calculate the bladder residual urine volume, Valsalva action observation, image acquisition, recording the bladder neck mobility and pelvic organ prolapse.Result:77 cases of female were clearly show the pelvic diaphragm hiatus image segmentation, normal air was diamond shaped crack. Pelvic diaphragm hiatus diameter (3.2±0.1)cm, diameter (4.4±0.7)cm, area of (10.8±1.3)cm2, puborectalis thickness was (0.9±0.1)cm.Conclusion:Transperineal ultrasound is an effective imaging observation of female pelvic diaphragm hiatus method, has remarkable significance in diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction.关键词
