Abstract
Objective:Analysis of 64 row spiral CT enhanced scan for clinical diagnosis of preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer.Method:In 60 patients with gastric cancer from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital,the patients underwent 64 slice spiral CT scan, according to the results of patients with TNM staging diagnosis and staging,diagnosis and pathological results were compared to determine TNM,64 slice spiral CT enhanced scanning in clinical diagnosis value of TNM in staging gastric cancer before operation.Result:The accuracy rate of T1 was 62.5%,the accuracy rate of T2 was 63.6%,the accuracy rate of T3 was 83.3%,the accuracy rate of T4 was 82.3%,the groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of N0 was 70.8%,the accuracy rate of N1 was 65.0%,the accuracy rate of N2 was 75.0%,the groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of M0 stage was 88.5%, the accuracy rate of M1 stage was 75.0%,statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Toverall accuracy rate was 76.7%, N overall accuracy rate was 70.0%,M overall accuracy rate was 86.7%.Conclusion:64 row spiral CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer with high accuracy,can be clearly detected in the early gastric cancer tumor and surrounding tissue,but also can accurately grasp the lymphatic metastasis, and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
