摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:160 patients with chronic obsructive pulmonary disease who were treated in author’s hospital from January 2010 to October 2013 were selected as the study objects,by using the method to random number table is divided into intervention group and control group,80 cases in each group.Intervention group and control group adopts the same routine nursing treatment, on the basis of comprehensive intervention group in conventional nursing care interventions, including knowledge education, way of life to guide, lung function exercise guidance, diet guidance, etc. Intervention after 2 months, for all of the patients quality of life observation and comparison before and after treatment, patients’ satisfaction to nursing intervention and statistics.Result:Intervention group patients quality of life was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing intervention is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying targeted nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a obvious effect on the lung function and life quality of patients,which worthy of being applied and promoted in clinic.关键词
