Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of international obstetric service mode to promote natural delivery, reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy. Method:Selected from October 2012 to October 2013 in the author’s hospital natural birth of 636 cases of primipara as observation group, using the international obstetric service mode, in the condition of no protection of perineum out fetal childbirth. Selected from October 2011 to September 2012 in the author’s hospital natural birth of 528 cases of primipara as control group, routine nursing in obstetrics and gynecology textbooks, adopt the method of traditional protection of perineum for delivery.Result:Maternal episiotomy rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of maternal perineal laceration cases and degree of comparative differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Promote international obstetric service mode, reduce medical intervention, to reduce the episiotomy rate, promote natural delivery, reduce puerpera childbirth pain and sufferings, thus improve the quality of obstetrics.关键词
