Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative recovery for senior patients with esophageal cancer.Method:78 cases of senior patients with esophageal cancer were treated from January 2010 to January 2012 in author’s hospital,by using the method to random number table was divided into control group and experimental group, 39 cases each.Control group given routine nursing care, postoperative treatment group given the whole nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with postoperative mental state and its complications.Result:Experimental group negative psychological state, postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group, the incidence of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Excellent nursing intervention measures can improve the psychological state, reduce the postoperative complications in senior patients with esophageal cancer significantly, worthy of clinical application.关键词
