摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of department of orthopedics specialized nurse in improving the nursing quality and rehabilitation in department of orthopedics.Method:To establish the department of orthopedics nursing team in charge of the nursing personnels guidance and training in the department,and made the rounds and the department of orthopedics nursing quality management,the results of after implement were compared with before. Result:The ability of nursing staff in the department of orthopedics specialized nurse post setting was higher than that of before(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of before(P<0.05),the quality of care was significantly higher than that of before(P<0.05),the quality of rehabilitation was significantly higher than that of before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The department of orthopedics specialized nurse has the positive significance in clinical nursing and rehabilitation nursing,can help the patients to improve their self-rehabilitation ability.关键词
