血尿酸浓度与急性缺血性脑卒中的相关性分析OA
Analysis of the Relationship between Serum Uric Acid Levels and Acute Ischemic Stroke
目的：探讨血清尿酸(SUA)水平与急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的关系。方法：采用病例对照研究的方法，纳入153例缺血性脑卒中患者为观察组，另选110例健康体检者为对照组，测定空腹血清尿酸值，采用NIHSS评估神经功能缺损程度，并分析血尿酸水平与缺血性脑卒中的关系。结果：(1)观察组中血尿酸水平、高尿酸血症患病率分别为(347.09±101.45)μmol/L、31.37%，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在急性缺血性脑卒中…查看全部>>
