Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Method:45 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patientsselected from May 2012 to February 2013 in author’s hospital were selected,according to the different treatmentmeasures the patients were divided into the control group of 20 cases and the observation group of 25 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given endoscopic treatment,observation of two groups of patients with clinicaleffect and postoperative complications.Result:The observation group total effective rate 100%was significantly higher than the control group 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group postoperative bleeding, pain,infection and other complications rate were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of the clinical efficacy of noninvasive fungal sinusitis significantly and eusemia,which was to be used.关键词
