摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of EEG analysis in headache diagnosis of epilepsy. Method:55 cases of headache in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2013 was treated,epilepsy patients using their EEG tracings,observed changes in EEG waveforms. Result:55 cases of epilepsy patients with headache,20 cases(36.4%) were mild abnormalities,35 cases(63.6%) was moderately abnormal. The mildly abnormal EEG paroxysmal high-amplitude 1-3 c/s and 4-7 c/s slow rhythm.The moderately abnormal EEG manifestations were paroxysmal high amplitude slow rhythms and synchronous bilateral symmetry occurs,paroxysmal sharp wave spikes and sharp or slow spike and wave synthesis,sporadic spike wave or spines 2 slow wave,limitations pointed wave or spike wave.Conclusion:EEG in the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy with headache has important clinical value.关键词
