摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate effects of application of responsibility system combined clinical nursing in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method:One hundred cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group using digital table method,each group of 50 cases. The observation group used the responsibility system nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway and the control group used the routine nursing respectively. Result:The patients’ satisfaction with nursing care and health education standards of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The time of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The blood glucose level in normal days of the observation group was more than the control group (P<0.05). Complications in the observation group was 10.0%,which was significantly higher than those in the control group of 30.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Responsibility system combined clinical nursing in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can make patients get the best care quality,standardize the work flow,reduce the delay the waste of resources and rehabilitation,the prognosis is significantly improve.关键词
