摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the application results of TBL combined with PBL and LBL two different teaching mode in basic nursing of experimental teaching.Method:Nursing students in two classes in our school 2012 were selected,30 students were took TBL combined with PBL teaching modes as experiment group,30 students were took LBL teaching modes as control group.The scores,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction rate were compared.Result:The theoretical examination scores and skills scores in experiment group were significantly higher those in control group(P<0.05),comprehensive ability score in experiment group was significantly higher that in control group(P<0.05),teaching satisfaction rate in experiment group was significantly higher that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TBL combined PBL teaching mode can greatly improve nursing skills and theoretical knowledge,to grasp the level of the patient,can contribute to a substantial increase in students’ comprehensive ability.关键词
