摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the irrational prescription drug in emergency department.Method:1280 prescription drug for 950 patients were randomly selected from emergency department in the hospital from January 2009 to June 2013. The prescription were analyze not reasonable. The main unreasonable types were summarized in this paper.Result:40 irrational prescription were found in the 1280 prescription,irrational prescriptions accounted for 3.13%. 27.5%of prescription drug usage or dosage presence anomaly was the most common class of prescription drugs in emergency department,followed by the common unreasonable due to combination therapy,pharmacological antagonism,repeated drug use,drug compatibility and unreasonable solvent choice.Conclusion:There are still some irrational phenomenon in the hospital of emergency department,mainly in terms of usage and dosage,combination therapy,drug compatibility, repeated drug use,etc. The medical workers should strengthen the awareness of drug safety,regulate medicine used to enhance the therapeutic effect,improving patients with medical experience.关键词
