Abstract
Objective:To observe and contrast the curative effect of different operation methods in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method:In our hospital from January 2012 to February 2013,71 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object of femoral trochanteric fractures treated, were grouped according to the random number table method,the formation of A group(n=22),B group(n=24),C group(n=25). A group with extramedullary fixation treatment,B group with intramedullary fixation treatment,C group treated with hemiarthroplasty. The intraoperative condition,postoperative situation,follow-up status of three groups were compared and observed.Result:The operation time of B group was (53.6±8.5)min,incision length was (6.8±1.7)cm,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was (185.6±32.1)ml,functional training time was (4.5±0.6)weeks,reach the standard time for fracture healing was (10.2±1.3) weeks,they were significantly lower than that of the A group and C group,there were statistical significances(P<0.05).The patients of B group were followed up for 1 year,the effective rate was 95.83%(23/24),there was no significant difference compared with C group(P>0.05),there was significant difference compared with A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture curative has good effect,can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,shorter operation time,promote functional recovery and fracture healing,improve the long-term efficacy,is worthy of attention.关键词
