Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of cesarean section again in late pregnancy lower uterine segment thickness.Method:From February 2013 to February 2014,182 cases were treated in our hospital by cesarean section of two pregnancies maternal,according to the patients of lower uterine segment thickness were randomly divided into two groups,the thickness of less than 3 mm group A(n=91) and a thickness greater than 3 mm group B(n=91).Two groups of patients were two splits the palace production operation.Observed two groups of postoperative hemorrhage,oxytocin,the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage rate of occurrence.Result:Bleeding in 330 ml or less,group A 4 was 96.70%,group B was 51.65%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Dosage of oxytocin in 20 ml or less,group A was 94.51%,group B was 56.04%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A bleeding rate was 13.19%, while group B was 56.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower uterine segment thickness of pregnancy after cesarean section has a greater impact,the lower uterine segment thickness is small in two patients with hemorrhage in cesarean section less,a small amount of oxytocin, postpartum hemorrhage significantly reduced the incidence of patients,less damage,high safety,is worth popularization in clinical.关键词
