Abstract
Objective:To introduce and summarize the clinical nursing experience of free finger vein flap repair of blood vessels. Method:42 cases of patients with single finger with skin vascular defect within 3 years in our hospital were given finger vein free flap repair and clinical care.Result:42 cases of patients had good results in clinical care,all fingers survived after 1 month,fingers function assessed as excellent 16 cases,good 26 cases after 8 months. Conclusion:The clinical nursing care should focuse on pre-operative skin preparation and knowledge of good publicity,strengthen psychological care of patients. Closely monitor patients’flap blood supply after surgery to prevent the occurrence of vascular crisis,and do far infrared heat lamp exposure,health education and enhance patient functional exercise care.关键词
