66例青年人及老年人胃癌患者的临床对比研究
Clinical Comparative Study on 66 Cases of Gastric Cancer in Young and Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of clinical symptoms,histopathology and sites of gastric cancer in young and old patients. Method:66 patients with gastric cancer were divided into youth group(n=32) and elder group(n=34) by age.The relevant clinical treatment of two groups were compared,correlation analysis was performed according to the clinical characteristics of young patients with gastric cancer.Result:The clinical manifestations of youth group were mainly ascites and abdominal pain.The clinical manifestations of elder group were mainly anaemia and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.The clinical site of onset was mostly in sinus ventriculi in youth group,but was mostly in gastric fundus and cardia in elder group.Conclusion:The younth and the elder suffered from gastric cancer are common.The gastroscopy can increase the diagnosis rates and has the significance of checkup and treatment.关键词
