Rapid Rehabilitation Treatment Modalities Used in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer in Laparoscopic

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the perioperation period of rectal cancer with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with rapid rehabilitation treatment compared to the standard model has a comparative advantage.Method:From February 2009 to December 2013 selected based in author’s hospital of 28 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients(rapid rehabilitation group),and adopts the model of rapid rehabilitation,with the same period of 30 cases with a standard treatment scheme of patients(control group) were analyzed.Result:Fast rehabilitation group and control group,all patients completed the operation without conversion to laparotomy. Fast rehabilitation group total hospitalization time,postoperative hospital stay,cost of hospitalization were significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The re operation rate,re hospitalization rate,complication rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients with perioperative measures to promote rapid rehabilitation can reduce the length of stay and cost of treatment,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
