Abstract
Objective:To study the nursing effect and application value of community care for women of childbearing age supplement folic acid to prevent fetus neural tube defects.Method:The implementation of community nursing intervention point for grouping confining pregnant women within their respective jurisdictions,600 cases of perinatal pregnant women without community nursing care as control group,600 cases of perinatal pregnant women with community care as observation group,record the effects of implementation of community care to prevent the fetal neural tube defects.Result:The taking folic acid rate,taking folic acid compliance rate,and confirming the best taking folic acid rate of perinatal pregnant women in observation group were higher than that of control group, comparing differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fetal neural tube defect rate of observation group was lower than control group, nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than control group,comparing differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Giving women of child-bearing age community nursing can improve the cognitive level of perinatal pregnant women supplement folic acid,increase the rate of taking folic acid and taking compliance,reduce the incidence of neural tube defects,improve the clinical nursing satisfaction,to vigorously promote the use in clinic.关键词
