摘要
Abstract
Objective:Analysis of patients who underwent manipulative reduction and splint of ulnar and radial fracturefixation after the comprehensive nursing care,nursing experience.Method:72 cases of ulnar and radial fracture patients were treated from June 2011 to June 2013 in author’s hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients of two groups were treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care,the control group was given routine nursing care,observation of the two groups the occurrence of complications. Result:The observation group 5 cases had complications,the incidence rate was 13.89%,the control complications occurred in 14 cases,the incidence rate was 38.89%,the observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:With manual reduction and splint external fixation for the treatment of ulnar and radial fractures,parallelcomprehensive care,to improve the clinical efficacy,is worthy to be popularized.关键词
