Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of probiotics on elderly patients with functional constipation .Method:68 cases of elderly constipation patients were treated in author’s hospital,using their own controltest,administered orally probiotics treatment,treatment for 28 d,were observed before treatment,patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,stool and adverse reaction.Result:The probiotics in the treatment of this group of patients after treatment,the total effective rate was 73.53%,no adverse reaction;correlation score of symptoms and stool total score was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics Bifico is effective and safe in the treatment of functional constipation,worthy of clinical application.关键词
