摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyse the clinical efficacy of critical care blood purification(CCBP) in the treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) in severe patients.Method:45 cases of SIRS patients in author’s hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the study object,all patients were given CCBP treatment,its clinical therapeutic effect were observed.Result:37 cases were survived of 45 patients,the survival rate was 82.2%.After treatment,APACHEII score,SOFA score,CRP,PCT,BNP were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of critical care blood purification in the treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome in severe patients is worthy of clinical application.关键词
